When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days.

How can I return/exchange my case?

Send your case back to us along with your original invoice and we will process your refund or exchange. Please make a note on the invoice on what you'd like us to do with the return.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, as long as we haven't started production of your case. Just email us with your requested changes (lovinacases1@gmail.com).

Are your clear cases hard or soft?

Our clear cases are made of soft polycarbonate with a fixed shape and sturdy material.

Does Lovina Cases guarantee its product?

Absolutely. We guarantee all of our cases. Each case is hand checked by a team member before shipping. The designs will not fade, scratch, or peel. If you discover a fault with the item you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us. We will be sure to replace the case for you.
